Robyn Dyer is an artist and art educator based in Bakersfield, California. She received her Bachelors of Art degree in Art Eduction from California State University Bakersfield under the mentorship of Joey Kötting. Dyer creates paintings in both watercolor and oil, inspired by the oddities and nuances of nature and the colors and spirit of her home state, California. From mushrooms and bugs, to the warm colors and grit of the San Joaquin Valley, Dyer's work dances on the line between playful and intriguing. Her work has been featured in the Bakersfield Museum of Art's Visual Arts Festival, The Empty Space, Metro Gallery, and Todd Madigan Gallery.
